Proper Use and Maintenance

1. It is forbidden to use the machine without coolant.

2.The coolant must be water soluble, oil soluble cutting fluid and oil is forbidden. Release the water after finishing the processing work in the area with cold weather, preventing the system is damaged.

3.The head of rebar should level, must be cut by saws without teeth. Within 500mm from the end, the rebar must straight, without curve. The rebar be cut by gas cutting or reinforcing steel cutter cannot be processing by the machine directly.

4. At the beginning of feeding, should add a steady force on the feed lever. Be sure not to overdo,

preventing the tools crack.

5. Should often clean and add lubricant on the slide lever and return board.

6. Clean the chip timely. (Do this work only when the machine stops).

7. Clean the coolant every semi-month.

8. Make sure the speed reducer has adequate lubrication. Observe the oil indicator, there must be, at least 115mm from the oil surface to the bottom.

9. The machine should be maintained periodically. It includes cleaning the surface, adding lubricant,

tightening all the screws, repairing the damaged parts, etc.

10. The machine must be connected with null wire or ground wire.
